Meet Silvia

“I know wholeheartedly that I can trust life, that I am carried by it if I dare to fly and listen to my inner voice. I deeply know that I have created everything in it and that everything outside of me is a mirror. Life constantly communicates with me, especially when I am out of balance. It ALWAYS shows me when I lose my way. Being mindful and gaining deep awareness of these outer signs and energies and using them for transformation has become my purpose in life.”

I was born in Germany and lived and worked in my home country until the age of 35. I then followed my inner voice and emigrated to South Africa where I still live to this day in the most beautiful city of this amazing country - Cape Town.

My passion was and still is traveling and I made this my profession ever since I started in the hotel business. For the most part of my career, I worked in event management. It seems to be a dream job for every outsider, and it surely is but it also comes with a high price tag: it’s a high adrenalin job with a lot of pressure and it takes every grain of energy out of you. Born as a ‘Libra’ my life has always been about balance. As soon as the pressure continued too long on one side of the scales I fell out of balance and was hit by accidents and health issues. I faced burnout twice in my life but was able to turn the ship around.

I was always interested in self-mastery and self-optimization. Since I can remember I wanted to know how life REALLY works, and how one can actively create the life one wants and not be ruled by it. What are the laws that rule life other than physical laws? What makes you sick and what is healthy? How does the mind work? What is energy and how can you use it? Next to my job, I studied Shiatsu, Matrix Transformation, Theki, and Life coaching.

Today I still work part-time in tourism, but also offer my services as a coach, leading people to a more harmonious and balanced life.

Come to the Edge

"Come to the edge."
"We can't. We're afraid."
"Come to the edge."
"We can't. We will fall!"
"Come to the edge."
And they came.
And he pushed them.
And they flew.
